What this covers
This policy explains what happens to information you send to The Design Affair through this website. It applies to thedesignaffair.in and to enquiries that begin here.
Information the studio receives
The studio only receives information you choose to send. The project brief form on this site does not transmit anything on its own — it composes a message in your own email client or clipboard, which you then send. Nothing is stored on this website.
- Your name, email address and company, if you include them.
- The project details you write in the brief.
- Anything you send through the studio’s social channels.
How it is used
Solely to answer your enquiry, quote for work and carry out a project if one goes ahead. Your details are never sold, rented or shared for marketing.
Cookies and analytics
This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third-party analytics. Standard server logs may be kept by the hosting provider for security and reliability.
How long information is kept
Enquiries that do not become projects are kept while they may still be relevant, then deleted. Project correspondence and files are kept for as long as needed to support the work delivered.
Your rights
You can ask what information the studio holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Requests are answered within a reasonable period.
Third parties
This site links to external platforms — Instagram, LinkedIn, Behance and Dribbble. Once you follow one of those links you are covered by that platform’s own privacy policy, not this one.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version and its date appear on this page.
