Arcus
Arcus is redefining real estate. The identity puts a single arch-and-home monogram at the centre of a warm, grounded system — a mark that reads at forty metres on a hoarding and still sets cleanly on a card, held together by Space Grotesk and a palette of clay and stone.

01
The system
One style guide carries the whole brand: logo construction on its grid, Space Grotesk as the single typeface, a clay and stone palette, and a drawn icon set for the product categories. Everything a property team needs to keep the brand consistent without asking.

02
Built for scale
The out-of-home artwork was drawn from the hoarding inward. Headline, mark and supporting line hold their hierarchy at highway distance, and the same lockup reduces to the corner of a card without redrawing anything.

03
In the hand
The stationery is where a property brand is judged up close. Debossed mark, generous margins, one weight of type — the restraint is the point.
